Copies of paperbacks are available for a $5.95 shipping and handling fee per book. Hardcover books are available at a 50% discount, plus shipping. All examination copy orders must be pre-paid via check or credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Discover).
All requests for examination copies must be submitted on departmental letterhead and must indicate the name of the course, the expected enrolment, the teaching dates, and e-mail contact information. Fax or mail your request with payment to:

Desk Copy Policy
Desk copies are free of charge to professors who have adopted a text as required reading for a course. To obtain a desk copy, please submit your request on academic letterhead, and provide us with your name, shipping address, contact telephone number or email, course name and season, enrolment, a copy of the reading list (if possible) and the name of the bookstore that has ordered the text.
Please note: Hardcovers are not available as desk copies outside North and South America.
